What is it?
An initiative encouraging small, low cost projects to build community engagement and improve the space.
Who can participate?
Any REALTOR® member of the Association can partner with a local group to improve the community in some way.
How has this been done before?
See the video below of one way Brian Huggler used a grant from the Lighter, Quicker, Cheaper Challenge to help his community.
Some other past projects include a handicapped accessible grill, a book box, historical walking tour, art installations and weekly park entertainment.
