Sue Dickinson
EXIT Realty Select Partners
REALTOR® Member - 10 years

What do you believe makes you a qualified candidate for the Board of Directors?

Having an affiliation with the Association, currently as a REALTOR® and in the past as an Affiliate, provide me the unique perspective to mindfully serve the entire body. I have also served on numerous committees and held officer positions between the Association and the local chapter of Women's Council of REALTORS®, which have helped me develop great working relationships with a cross section of REALTOR® and Affiliate members. These alliances, and my natural inclusive style of leadership, should be an asset to continue the objective of the Association.

What do you think the biggest issue is right now facing Agents and the real estate industry?

Staying informed. Staying relevant. Bombarded on a daily basis with information on the ever changing market, social issues, technology, legal and compliance issues, safety and the list goes on. Continuing the work of the Association in keeping our members interests protected by staying on top of issues that affect our industry and by keeping them informed by providing great content in our meetings and training events.

From your perspective, what can the Association do to help agents or the real estate industry improve?

By continuing to act as a filter of information by highlighting hot topics and providing support through various educational events along with increasing member involvement and being inclusive. We are independent, but as an industry, we must unite to make a difference.

Tell us why you want to be on the Board of Directors?

To give back and provide a unique perspective. My past experiences having been with an independent brokerage, my past as an affiliate member and now a Broker/Franchise Owner, I hope to help shape policy and services that will serve our diverse membership.
