Terms of Service

  • 3-year term
  • Must have served 1 year on either the MLS, Finance, or Grievance committee

Purpose

Monitor the Association's financial status and make recommendations regarding financial policies. Propose an annual budget that aligns with the strategic plan, review the Association's audit report, and monitor investments.

Terms of Service

Purpose

Initiate and organize local service projects to strengthen community ties, encourage community connection, and inspire gathering in public spaces and destinations.

Terms of Service

  • 1-year term

Purpose

Build relationships and partnerships between REALTORS® and local government. Remain updated on current and relevant community happenings by endorsing candidates and working with them on real estate related issues.

Terms of Service

  • 1-year term
  • Must be an RPAC investor

Purpose

The RPAC Task Force is charged with investment efforts during the year through social events like the Golf Outing and by informing members of the impact RPAC funds make on the real estate industry.

Terms of Service

  • 1-year term
  • Must be an RPAC investor

Purpose

Discuss trends with other industry leaders and offer guidance on broker and management education.

Terms of Service

  • 1-year term
  • Must be the Designated REALTOR® or a Signatory
  • Must possess a Broker license

Purpose

Continuously identify, recruit, develop, and prepare potential leaders by evaluating the future needs of the organization and find qualified individuals to fill open positions.

  • Strong understanding of the trajectory of the real estate industry
  • Active in the organization
  • Working knowledge of committee and board duties

Terms of Service

  • 1-year term

Purpose

Explore and investigate contemporary and emerging technology and tools that can be applied practically in the industry. Assess programs, products, and services, and challenges in the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). Effectively convey these initiatives to members.

  • Working understanding of MLS services offered
  • Knowledgeable about technology solutions
  • Curious about advanced technology tools to help agent efficiency
  • Understands the purpose of MLS and data integrity

Terms of Service

  • 3-year term; staggered terms
  • Must be a REALTOR®

Purpose

Review complaints for possible Code of Ethics violations or Arbitration matters.

Desired Qualifications

  • Understands and follows the Code of Ethics
  • Expertise in real estate buying and selling process
  • Mediation and conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent communication skills

Terms of Service

  • 3-year term; staggered terms
  • Specialized training required annually
  • Must be a REALTOR® and have been a member for at least five years
