Flex MLS

This MLS is one of the most important tools to a REALTOR®. Flex MLS gives agents access to data on thousands of properties.

Not only is the MLS a great tool for finding your client the perfect property, it also guarantees cooperation.

New members will learn all about using Flex during the REALTOR® Success Program. There are periodic trainings during the year that focus on a specific topic taught by GLAR staff.

Through Flex, agents can search for homes not only in Greater Lansing, but in Grand Rapids, Greater Detroit, Livingston and Battle Creek.

Digital Forms and E-Signatures

The Association provides a transaction management tool for creating forms and distributing them for e-signatures. Forms at the local and state level including the purchase agreement, listing agreement, listing change forms and many more can be accessed right through the MLS. 

Showing Service

When you are ready to start showing homes, this your go-to tool. Using the app will save you valuable time by allowing you to easily schedule appointments digitally. Many listing agents actually prefer buyers agents to use this tool.

Down Payment Resource

All properties eligible for down payment assistance are marked on our website and buyers can find out what programs they may qualify for.

Agents also have the ability to use this tool to generate leads on their website and social media.
