2. When advertising listings, describe the property not the people.

3. If you are advertising online, understand that including or excluding certain audiences or neighborhoods in the settings of your advertisements could be discriminatory.

4. As of February 2021, Gender/Sex protections under the Fair Housing Act includes sexual orientation and gender identity.
