Brian Westrin serves as General Counsel for Michigan REALTORS®. He completed his undergraduate work at Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge and earned his law degree from Michigan State University College of Law in 2004. His role at Michigan REALTORS® concentrates on Fair Housing law and education, RESPA compliance and education, policing unlicensed real estate practice, mortgage fraud, and publications. He is also an active lobbyist at the Capitol in Lansing.

As a Down Payment Assistance Program Specialist for Down Payment Resource, William Medina uses his mortgage industry and community outreach experience to build collaborative relationships with homeownership program providers, raising awareness and use of their programs among lenders, REALTORS®, and consumers.

Humberto Ramos-Cazares is an Industry Relations Director at REALTORS® Property Resource® (RPR®). He brings nearly 10 years of industry experience, including managing an association-led MLS in Texas, where he worked directly with REALTORS® every day to give them the technology and data tools they needed to succeed. He currently holds CMLX2 and RED-B designations. With a background in association education, he believes in empowering REALTOR® members with training solutions at RPR®. Today, he works directly with associations and MLSs and their members, continuing to empower them with all the RPR® tools to succeed, showcasing the newest and greatest from Market Trends, Prospecting, and RPR®’s AI-assisted comparative market analysis.

Jessica Farley is the Associate Director of the Fair Housing Center of Southeast & Mid Michigan. She joined the organization in 2010 and spent 15 years conducting enforcement work, including testing investigations and direct advocacy. As Associate Director, Jessica focuses on grant management, education and outreach, and expanding the Fair Housing Center’s presence and impact in the communities it serves. She is a licensed macro social worker (LMSW-Macro) with degrees from Michigan State University and the University of Michigan.

A graduate of the University of San Francisco and Stanford University with more than twenty-two years of training experience, Michael McCall is a National Customer Education and Training Specialist with Realtor.com®, based in Scottsdale, Arizona. He has been a managing real estate broker for more than twenty years and is a certified pre-licensing and continuing education instructor in Arizona.

Michael lectures frequently on agency law and is in high demand as a speaker and trainer. He holds the Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation from the National Association of REALTORS® and is a five-time winner of the RE/MAX Presidents Award. He takes great pleasure in helping agents across the country use the right tools to build business and wealth.
