Frequently Asked Questions:
Why do I have to upload the contract?
Contracts are required to be uploaded to increase transparency and ease the audit process.
Who can see the contract?
Only those with broker access to the MLS can view the contract.
How long do I have to upload the contract?
Once your listing goes live, you have 24 hours to upload your listing contract. If a contract is not uploaded within 24 hours, the listing will be removed into “withdrawn” status.

Do I need to upload the Listing Contract Addendum?
Yes. If you have a price change, contract extension, or moving it into either canceled or withdrawn status, the addendum should be uploaded.

What if my listing is a non-list sale, what should I upload?
If you have a non-list sale you should upload proof of sale. Proof of sale would be a recent settlement statement, closing agreement, property transfer affidavit, or a signed and notarized deed along with completed input/data sheets.

Do I need to upload the listing input forms?
This would be referring to the last four pages of the listing contract. These pages are only required for a non-list sale. If you are uploading a new listing, these are not required. However, in may cases, it is easier for to upload the entirety of that packet which is perfectly acceptable.
