Custom Feedback/Custom Questions for Showings

Some listings are unique and could benefit from their own custom questions. A new feature allows listing agents to create their own questions to get more specific or relevant feedback for themselves and their sellers. All of the standard questions are still be available, however there is now more flexability.

Choose Your Landing Page

Agents can now easily choose between “My Dashboard” (all details including appointments, histories, scheduling itineraries and more) or “My Listings” (all listing information including settings, instructions, appointment histories and more).

Drag and Drop for Itineraries

Showing agents have always been able to customize itineraries, however agents can now use the “drag and drop” method. A 4-dot symbol to the left of the listing will allow agents to reorder the listings as they need. The directions on the map will automatically adjust based on these changes.

Alarm Code Confirmation

Once the appointment has been confirmed, the email confirmation to the showing agent now includes the alarm code if there is one.
