Tell us why you want to be on the Board of Directors.
Kennell: “Being an active producing agent I can see firsthand how changes and policies affect our business. I feel giving input on those would benefit our members.”
What do you think is the biggest current issue facing real estate agents?
Kennell: “I think keeping up with technology is a big issue for agents.”
What do you believe makes you a qualified candidate for the Board of Directors?
Kennell: “I have served on the MLS, Finance, Grievance and Professional Standards. I am a top producer so I understand many of the issues our members are facing.
In your opinion, what can the Association do to help agents or the real estate industry improve?
Kennell: “Offering new and updated technology. Training in person and online to help agents navigate the ongoing changes.”
