REALTORS® can now connect a paid artificial intelligence (AI) account, such as Claude or ChatGPT, directly to Flexmls. Instead of building searches field by field, you can ask a question in plain language and receive an answer drawn from trusted multiple listing service (MLS) property data.

Access is turned on one member at a time. Here’s what the connection can do and how to request yours.

AI can misread a question or return incomplete results. Treat every answer as a starting point, and confirm the figures in Flexmls before you share them with a client, use them in a listing presentation, or include them in marketing.

MLS rules and the GLAR AI Policy apply to this data the same way they apply to any other Flexmls search.

Have an active paid subscription to an AI platform that supports the connection, such as Claude or ChatGPT.

Common Questions

Is there a cost from GLAR?

There is no cost from GLAR at this time.

Which AI platforms work?

Any AI platform that supports the Model Context Protocol, the open standard this connection uses. That includes Claude and ChatGPT. Claude currently offers the simplest setup.

What can my AI see?

Market statistics, listing searches, and your own listings, all within your Flexmls access. No contact information about you or your clients is shared with your AI assistant. If you subscribe to more than one MLS, you will see data from whichever MLS account you connected.

Is my chat content stored?

FBS, the company behind Flexmls, does not store your chat content or the data returned to you. Your AI platform’s own privacy policy governs how it handles the data it receives.

How accurate is the data?

Flexmls delivers live MLS data accurately, but your AI platform’s interpretation, summary, and presentation of that data may contain errors. Verify listing details, market statistics used in client-facing materials, and any data that informs a transaction directly in Flexmls.

Why don’t I see AI Settings in my Flexmls menu?

GLAR turns on access one member at a time, so the option will not appear until your connection is active. If you have not requested access yet, email [email protected].
