What do you think is the biggest current issue facing real estate agents?

What do you believe makes you a qualified candidate for the Board of Directors?
Feldpausch: “It was my pleasure to be able to serve you as the 2021 President of GLAR.
I am back in front of you asking for your vote so I can continue to serve on the Board of Directors. I would honor the opportunity once again to serve our members of GLAR.
My experience dates back to 1984 when opening my building business then in 1993 opening our real estate company.
In 2017 I was voted on to the Board of Directors then became Vice President in 2019.
With the finale of becoming your 2021 President.
I can truly say all of the candidates running for this opportunity will be a great addition to the Board of Directors and I am proud to be considered for this position.”
In your opinion, what can the Association do to help agents or the real estate industry improve?
Feldpausch: “I think legal education is primary as well as understanding the GLAR policies with the MLS.”
