Enhanced Listing Process

The new, streamlined listing process launches Monday! Tested by admin staff across offices, this upgrade makes entering listings faster and easier—including from mobile devices.

Irrelevant fields will disappear (e.g., no square footage for vacant land), so you can focus only on what matters.

Things will look different, so take a moment to preview the new process now—so you’re ready when it goes live on Monday.

Note: TransactionDesk input pages will no longer be available after Monday, October 6. Use the updated input forms in Flex by navigating to: Menu → Daily Functions.

Non-List Sales Now Comp Listings

If you represented the buyer in an out-of-area listing or FSBO then you may enter the listing as a Comp Listing. This was previously called a Non-List sale. Comp Listings still have 20-business days, from the date of closing, to be entered into the MLS.

Transaction Coordinators
If you are working as a transaction coordinator and want to enter the listing into the MLS once it closes, you should also enter it as a Comp Listing.

Office Exclusive

An office exclusive listing is where the seller does not want their property publicly marketed at all and does not want the property available to other MLS participants. An Office Exclusive can only be discussed within the office that has the listing for that property and no other agent is allowed to show the property

Office Exclusive – NO MARKETING, no blast emails, no social media, no sign, only accessible through listing agent.

If you are representing the seller and the listing is only available for your clients or office, it should be entered as an office-exclusive listing and include the required addendum.

Office-exclusive listings are not new, but what is new is a yes/no field to indicate them. You’ll now find this field in the same location where “non-list” currently appears during the input process.

An office exclusive listing must be entered within 1 business day of the signed contract.

Safeguarding Our Data

In 2023, a major MLS was taken offline for weeks by a cyberattack. To help protect our system, new security measures are being put in place.

Starting Monday, all MLS users will be required to set up authentication on their computer before accessing the Flex mobile app.

Note: If authentication is not completed on a computer first, the Flex mobile app will display an error and you won’t be able to log in.
