Craig Benham – “With 37+ years as a Greater Lansing REALTOR, I’ve built lasting relationships and seen firsthand the impact of housing on people’s lives. That experience fuels my passion for advocacy, and housing equity policies. Jeff Bone – “With 20 years of experience, I offer incredible value to the home buying public and to the Association. I will always advocate for the right to private homeownership and protect against unfair regulations. Joe Sambaer – “With two decades of expertise as a mortgage banker, I bring a deep understanding of market dynamics, fair housing practices, and collaborative leadership to my clients. Wanda Williams – “With 36+ years in real estate, I champion first-time buyers, advocate for housing equity for veterans and refugees, and support smart growth through policy and trade education. Director positions are 3-year terms. Electronic voting will be open until October 16, 2025 at 12 a.m.

All voting will be done electronically and those elected to the 3 open positions will be announced at the Greater Lansing Association of REALTORS® Industry Update on Thursday, October 16, 2025.

Primary and Secondary REALTOR® members in good standing are allowed to vote.
