The Greater Lansing Association of REALTORS® is now accepting nominations and applications for the 2026 REALTOR® awards:

  • REALTOR® of the Year
  • REALTOR® Active in Politics (RAP)
  • Good Neighbor Award

Recipients of these awards will represent GLAR and advance as candidates for statewide recognition at Michigan REALTORS® “The Convention” in September.

The deadline to submit nominations and applications is July 31, 2026, at 4 p.m.

 

REALTOR® of the Year

The REALTOR® of the Year award is the highest honor bestowed upon a REALTOR® member. This award recognizes outstanding professionalism, integrity, leadership and service to the real estate industry and community.

REALTOR® Active in Politics

The REALTOR® Active in Politics award recognizes members who actively support REALTOR® advocacy efforts through leadership, involvement and investment in the political process at the local, state and national levels.

This program encourages and celebrates REALTOR® engagement in government affairs and advocacy that protects property rights and strengthens the real estate industry.

Good Neighbor Award

The Good Neighbor Award honors REALTORS® who have made an extraordinary impact through volunteer service and community involvement.

Nominees should demonstrate meaningful contributions that improve the livability of a community. Service activities are not limited to housing or real estate-related causes.
