A new version of the SentriKey Showing Service app was released on February 7.
Please ensure you are operating on the most current version. Even if you have enabled automatic updates, you may need to manually update. SentriKey Showing Service is listening to feedback and making adjustments accordingly.
Recent updates:
iOS Scroll – Issue fixed with iOS scroll in search.
Lockbox instructions withheld – Instructions will not show until the appointment is confirmed.
MLS instructions in unique URL – SentriKey removed the MLS instructions from the unique scheduling link screen and replaced them with the showing instructions.
Office staff showing confirmation issues – This was fixed so office staff will get confirmations even if the listing agent doesn’t have their notifications on.
Showing confirmation cut-off email address – This was fixed to allow all characters to show.
Past Updates (Feb. 2, 2024):
Search – Lockbox serial number was removed and replaced with city, state, zip and status in the SentriKey Property Search.
Coming Soon functionality in iOS and Android –
A user is now notified on the front end that a coming soon property isn’t available until a certain date and it should also jump to that date on the scheduling screen.
Co-Listing Agents – Co-Listing Agents are now added to the listing in SentriKey Showings automatically.
