SentriLock released an update on February 22 with the following improvements:
1. Main App Dashboard was only displaying wrong counts for confirmed and unconfirmed. This is updated to reflect accurate information. Agents can now click to see full dashboard for their review.
2. Advanced Showing Notices – Added parameters for 48 and 72 hours.
3. Terminated or suspended agents are not allowed to schedule showings.
4. Remove MLS Instructions. (Website only, App correction is still in the works)
5. Instances of Agents experiencing App Crashes when scheduling appointments through a single scheduling or the Itinerary.
6. Corrected instances where co-listing agents weren’t being added.
7. Cleaned up instances where appointments could be scheduled on invalid listings.
8. Improved load time when viewing appointments in “itinerary.”
Please ensure you are operating on the most current version. Even if you have enabled automatic updates, you may need to manually update.
SentriKey Showing Service is listening to feedback and making adjustments continuously, it is a good practice to regularly check the app store for updates.
