The ABR is the benchmark in excellence in buyer representation. This coveted designation demonstrates a commitment to providing outstanding service to buyers.
Agents will learn:
-How to demonstrate your value to today’s buyer
-The skills and resources to succeed in a dynamic real estate market
-The most effective ways to help buyers fi nd the right property at the right terms and price in both buyer’s and seller’s markets.
Class information:
Time and Date: August 2 and 9, 8 a.m. -5 p.m. (agents must attend both days)
Cost: **Fair Haven Exclusive Rate: $100** (agents must take Fair Haven training and register prior to July 1 to qualify)
Early Bird Rate (through June 30): $175

What you do:
–Take the Fairhaven Fair Housing Simulation

-Attend both ABR base classes on August 2 & 9 and 1 elective class (like the At Home with Diversity Course) and pass the exam with a minimum of 80%
-Provide documentation of five completed transactions in which you acted solely as buyer representative
-Apply for designation and pay all fees
