It is the season to round up candidates to represent the Greater Lansing Association of REALTORS® for the REALTOR® of the Year, REALTOR® Active in Politics and Good Neighbor awards.
Winners of these awards will represent our Association and be in the running for the state award at “The Convention” by Michigan Realtors® in September.
The deadline to submit a nomination or application for these awards is July 15, 2024, at 5 p.m.

REALTOR® of the Year
The REALTOR® of the Year award is the highest honor bestowed upon a REALTOR® member. It stands for integrity, individual achievement and perhaps the greatest compliment: recognition from peers in the real estate industry.
REALTOR® Active in Politics
The REALTOR® Active in Politics (RAP) is a program designed to encourage, educate, identify, recruit and recognize REALTOR® contributions of time, investment, and effort at all levels within the government/political arena.
Good Neighbor Award
This award recognizes REALTORS® who have made an extraordinary impact on their community, or on the national or world stage, through volunteer work.
Nominees should have contributed to a program that improves the livability of a community. Those activities aren’t limited to real estate or housing issues.
